Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.154 dated 21.09.2024, under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 333, 109, 126(2), 351 (3), 191 (3), 190, 324(4), 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Byaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, PS - Moti Nagar, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). This Court vide order dated 07.01.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 07.01.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
