Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for State Election Commission. 2. This intra-court appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby interim relief sought by the petitioner to participate in the election process and cast his vote was declined. 3. Since the election has already concluded 2025:UHC:6767-DB 2 and the learned Single Judge has exercised his discretion judiciously, we do not find any ground to interfere with the same, consequently, the present Special Appeal also virtually stands rendered infructuous. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, It is always open to the petitioner to approach the Election Tribunal, in the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondent arising out of the election process. 5.
