This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners and also not to interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioners. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submitted that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have never been harassed and are not being harassed and, therefore, the present petition is patently misconceived. The instruction is taken on record. However, paragraph nos. 20,. 21 and 22 of the instructions are quoted below. 20. ्ቚस्तर मम अअंककित किथन किके सअंबअंध मम अवगत किररानरा हहै ककि भरारततीय सअंकवधरान किके अननुच्छकेद 21 मके कदयके गए अधधकिरारोሲ किरा ककिसती ्ቚकिरार सके हनन नहती हहआ हहै यराचतीगण किके कवरू्ቍ किनु छ भती गलत नहती ककियरा गयरा हहै। 21. ्ቚस्तर मम अअंककित किथन सत्य नहती हहै ककि ्ቚकतपकती सअंख्यरा 1 व 2 किके व्यवहरार सके यराचतीगण किके सअंवहैधराकनकि अधधकिरारोሲ किरा हनन हहआ हहै बललकि सत्य यह हहै ककि ककिसती भती ्ቚकिरार सके यराचतीगण किके कवरू्ቍ किकोई किरायरवराहती नहती हहई हहै। 22. ्ቚस्तर मम अअंककित किथन सत्य नहती हहै ककि कबनरा ककिसती कवधधकि किरायरवराहती किके ्ቚकतपकती सअंख्यरा 1 व 2 यराचतीगण किको परकेशरान किर रहके हहै बललकि सत्य यह हहै ककि यराचतीगण किको किभती भती ककिसती भती ्ቚकिरार सके हहैररान व परकेशरान नहती ककियरा गयरा हहै। 4.
