No.618 of 2025. 2.The allegation in this case is that on 22.04.2016, the accused organized a dance program which continued beyond the permitted time. A case was registered in Cr.No.107 of 2016 on 22.04.2016 for the alleged offence under Sections 188 of the I.P.C. No useful purpose will be served by continuing the case. 4.Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.635 of 2018 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi, stands quashed.
