The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in C.M.P.Nos.25054 & 25058 of 2019 in S.A.No.435 of 2016 have been filed to set aside the abatement due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal and to permit the petitioners to bring on record respondents 8 to 10 herein as Lrs of the 1st respondent as respondents 8 to 10 in S.A.No.435 of 2016. 3.
