Learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the borrower submits that an order was passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal (for short 'the DRT') on July 10, 2024. The borrower has paid the amount that has been directed to be paid by the petitioner vide the order dated July 10, 2024. 3. In light of the same, we direct the DRT to hear out the application bearing SA No. 187 of 2024 within a period of six weeks from date. The parties shall thereafter abide by the result of the order passed by the DRT in the above securitisation application. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed.
