The first respondent has filed a status report stating as follows; (i) The park fencing at the center line of the both the parks were removed and merged with each other and now the park is treated as one. (ii) The wall between the park and the pathway, was demolished on 05.11.2025. (iii) The park is owned and maintained by this Corporation. (iv) This respondent has planned to prevent the vehicular movement by laying paver blocks in that area and install bollards in northern and southern side of entrance of the park”. 3.
