Mr. Kapil Sharma, Advocate vice Mr. Vijender Katoch, Advocate for respondent No.1. CMP No. 5561 of 2025 This application has been filed for early hearing of the appeal. This Court has the Roster of hearing the FAOs upto 2016, whereas appeal is of year 2020. In aforesaid circumstances, Registry was directed to list this application before the appropriate Bench having the Roster to hear the appeal or to pass an appropriate order for listing the FAO, pertaining to the year 2020 for final hearing. Now, in view of Note put up by the Registry before Hon’ble the Chief Justice, this application has been listed before this Court. It is pertinent to mention that in the Note itself, Registry has noticed that this Bench is having the Roster of hearing the FAOs uptil 2016 and Roster of FAOs for final hearing pertaining to the years 2017 to 2019 is available with Single Bench-VI and there is no Roster of FAOs for final hearing available with any of Single Bench of this Court pertaining to the year 2020 onwards.
