Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the verification report received through learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, which is taken on record, discloses that the marriage whatsoever has been mentioned in the petition solemnized in the Arya Samaj Mandir is not available at the place where it is mentioned. So far as petition is concerned same is not maintainable. However, it is made clear that if any apprehension caused by any of the persons in shape of criminal intimidation or any type of threat which is disturbing peaceful married life of the couple, they may avail the remedy available at law before appropriate forum. 4. In view thereof, no case made out for seeking indulgence of the Court over the prayer as made in the petition, hence, the same is hereby disposed of.
