The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita/ under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the notice-cum-order dated 16.07.2024 passed by Special Executive Magistrate, Circle Swaroop Nagar, Commissioner Kanpur Nagar, under Section 126/130 of B.N.S.S., (Akin to under Section 107/111 of Cr.P.C.). Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that six months have been elapsed, the present application has ended due to elapse of six months and the present application has become infructuous.
