Case No. 228 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. On, 17.12.2024, the informant was cheated by bearer of mobile no. 9572094728. The bearer of this mobile number withdrew Rs. 20,434/- from the account of the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the mobile phone which was used to cheat the victim, does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the account in which the money was transferred also does not belong to the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with (Ranchi) Cyber Crime P.S.
