This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to demolish the petitioner's house situated on the disputed land during the pendency of Case No. 6682 of 2025 and till disposal of the petitioner's objection dated 26.07.2025. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities and restrain the respondents from taking any coercive action against the petitioner in respect of Gata No. 291, Village Avrakol, Pargana Zahurabad, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur, without following due process of law and during the pendency of the Case No. 6682 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. T202514291106682), titled Gaon Sabha vs. Subhash Yadav, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Respondent No. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur." 2. It is contended that notice under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has been issued against the petitioner for making illegal encroachment. A reply has been submitted by the petitioner before the authorities. 3. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the reply is still pending consideration. The revenue authorities are directed to proceed with the matter and decide the objection filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
