Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 09.04.2025 issued by respondent no. 2/Additional District Magistrate Court No. 13 Collectorate, Jaunpur In Letter No. 628, under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, Police Station Mungra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 not to take coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance of notice dated 09.04.2025 issued by respondent no. 2/Additional District Magistrate Court No. 13 Collectorate, Jaunpur In Letter No. 628, under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, Police Station Mungra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur." No final orders have yet been passed under Section 3(3) of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970 and only objections have been sought from the petitioner. Even after a final order is passed, the petitioner has the remedy to file an appeal before the Commissioner under Section 6 of the Act of 1970. In view of the aforesaid, the Court refrains from interfering under Article 226 and at this stage the petition is dismissed.
