This is defendant's petition. Through this writ petition a challenge has been laid to the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandauli granting ad interim injunction to the plaintiff-respondent and issuing notice. 2. As the temporary injunction application (6-C) is pending consideration before the trial Court, this Court declines to interfere in the matter and directs the Court concerned to decide the 6-C application after considering the objection, if any, filed by the defendant-petitioner, strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. 3. With the aforesaid direction the writ petiton stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
