J.(Oral) 1. The contents of present petition show that as per allegations of the petitioners, the petitioner No.1 suffered injuries in an incident of fighting, and that with respect to the same incident police have lodged FIR against the petitioner at the instance of opposite party i.e. complainant. As per petitioner although a DDR has been registered by the police but no action is being taken against the opposite party. 2. The remedy for the redressal of above mentioned grievance lies in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, where the petitioner can move a complaint for taking cognizance, against the opposite party.
