After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the defences available to him before the learned trial Court. He further submits that the petition has been filed in the year 2019 and even after lapse of 6 years nothing substantial has been achieved. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the defences available to him before the learned trial Court. 4. Record reveals that the petition was filed by the respondent in the year 2019. Sufficient time has elapsed. Thus to serve the interest of justice there is no harm in directing the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of the case expeditiously and in no case later than 31st September, 2025.
