This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to take the necessary action against the respondent no. 5 to 8 if they are creating any hindrance against the peaceful construction making by petitioner. II- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide the protection to the petitioner if he is making construction over the purchased land illegally." 2. It appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and private respondent nos. 5 to 8. According to petitioner, a partition suit was filed inter se between the parties under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was dismissed by judgment dated 24.04.2025. The private respondents are creating hindrance on the construction being raised by petitioner over the land in dispute. It appears to be a private dispute over the land situated in abadi area. 3.
