The petitioners are seeking following reliefs:- "a) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.08.2025 in Case Crime No.322 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Bhelupur, District Varanani. .(Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). b) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent authorities to not arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report dated 23.08.2025 in Case Crime No.322 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Bhelupur, District Varanani.(Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). 3. Learned AGA informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 4. In view of above, no further order is required in the writ petition. 5. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
