The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing Impleadment of the Principal Accountant General Manipur as respondent No. 4 in the connected WP (C) No. 5 of 2025 on the ground that the said official is a necessary party in the connected writ petition and without impleading the said official, no effective relief can be granted. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA and Mr. L. Gunindro, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present Impleadment application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the Principal Accountant General Manipur as respondent No. 4 in the connected WP (C) No. 5 of 2025.
