No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 14.05.2018. The de facto complainant is present. He submits that award has been passed but the amount is yet to be received. Be that as it may, the case is pending at the stage of fresh summons.
