The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondents to initiate proceedings against respondent No.5 under the U.P Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1991 and decide representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025. 2. Although petitioner alleges that he was beaten by respondent No.5 within Tehsil premises but so far it appears that no First Information Report was registered by the petitioner in relation to the said incident. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 by a fresh representation and in which event, he would inquire into the matter and take appropriate decision in the matter. 4.
