The instant petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 18.10.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0239 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354-ka, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, police station - Hayatnagar, District- Sambhal. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case, charge sheet dated 21.12.2024 (GD No. 14/24) has been submitted. 4.
