Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs :- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent authorities to lodge a first information report against the accused persons on the basis of application filed by the petitioner. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent authorities after lodging the first information report to take legal action against the accused persons. III. Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to meet the ends of justice. IV. To award the cost of writ petition in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned A.G.A. states that the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy of filing an application u/s 173(4) B.N.S.S. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by learned A.G.A. 5. The petitioner, if so advised, may file application u/s 173(4) B.N.S.S. and it shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
