GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.4848 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the above writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not registering the F.I.R in Cr.No-24/2015 of Madanapalle II town Police Station, Chittoor District under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 and also the action of the 7th respondent in filing the chargesheet in S.C.No-188/2015 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madanapalle with wrong provisions of law and without mentioning the provisions of S.C. S.T. Act and also the action of 8th respondent in not complying with the order of this Hon'ble Court, as illegal, arbitrary and in contravention of the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.R.C.No-2190/2017, dated 18.12.2018 and the Minutes of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes at State Office, Hyderabad, dated 15.2.2016 and in violation of Article 21 and the provisions of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 and to direct the respondents for taking necessary steps to include correct provision of law under section 302 I.P.0 and the provisions of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 in the charge sheet and to direct the respondents to pay the reliefs contemplated under S.Nos-45 and 46 of the Schedule annexed to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989…” 2.
