It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been compounded by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C528 No.267 of 2025, Ashish Arora & others vs. State of Uttarakhand & others vide order dated 20.03.2025 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.912 of 2024, State vs. Ashish Arora & others has been quashed in view of the compromise entered into between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
