Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "1- यह िक माननीय न्यायालय परमादेश प्रकृ ित के यािचकादेश, आदेश/िनदेर्श के माध्यम से मुकदमा अपराध संख्या 179 वषर् 2025 अन्तगर्त धारा 85. 127 (2),115 (2). 351 (3). 109 भारतीय न्याय संिहता एवं 3/4 दहेज प्रितषेध अिधिनयम, थाना मसूरी, जनपद गािजयाबाद की िनष्पक्ष िववेचना िनयत / िनधार्िरत अविध के भीतर पूणर् करके पुिलस िरपोटर् प्रेिषत करने तथा उत्तरवादी संख्या 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 एवं 10 िगरफ्तार कर कारािभरक्षा िवरुद्ध करने तथा उनके िवरुद्ध िविधक कायर्वाही करने हेतु उत्तरवादीगण को आदेिशत / िनदेर्िशत करने की महती कृ पा करें।" There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of observing that in case, the petitioner has any grievance against the manner of investigation, he may file an application before the Superintendent of Police, District Ghaziabad who is expected to ensure that investigation is done in accordance with law and as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
