Nos. 2 to 7 which was granted by learned I/c Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka vide order dated 01.06.2023 in S.T. No. 500 of 2023, arising out of Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2022. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
