Petitioner is a complainant and he made a complaint before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Hathras against Gram Pradhan of Village Tikari Khurd, Tehsil-Sikandrarau, District Hathras. 2. While going through the aforesaid complaint it transpires that the said complaint was made not against the Pradhan of the Village but against the Gram Panchayat. Further, aforesaid complaint was made before the respondent no.2 during 'Janta Darshan'. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that the relief sought for in the present writ petition could not be granted. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to move a proper complaint against the Gram Pradhan of the Village. 5. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
