4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Members of both sides have received injury. There is case and counter case between them. Specific allegation of inflicting farsa blow is attributed to accused Nand Kishore Gond and the present petitioner is his wife due to which her name has been dragged in the present case. Allegedly, occurrence took place on 3.1.2025 but the FIR has been lodged after a delay of about five days, which creates doubt in authentication of the prosecution story. Petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and specific allegation of giving farsa blow is not attributed to her, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is
directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no. 08 of 2025, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
