PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.16 of 2025 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kakinada III Town Police Station, Kakinada District. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that soon after the petitioners filed a quash petition challenging the illegal action of the police at Kakinada III Town Police Station, Kakinada District, by detaining the son of the 1st petitioner, even though he was not involved in any alleged 2 offence, the police tried to pressurize the petitioners not to communicate with the 2nd respondent. It is submitted that soon after filing the present quash petition, the Station House Officer, Kakinada III Town Police Station, Kakinada District, apprehended both petitioners on 03.02.2025. The petitioners are now taking necessary steps as they have been arrested and seek permission from this Court to withdraw the criminal petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4.
