Mazumder, the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that by order dated 24.03.2025, the petitioner, namely, Mohammad Sumair Laskar @ Sumer Laskar was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Page No.# 2/2 investigation. On the other hand, Mr. R. J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 21/2025 dated 30.03.2025 against the present petitioner. As in this case, the charge-sheet has already been laid and as the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.03.2025, by this Court is hereby made absolute with the condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order, remaining intact.
