It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the FIR No.19 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 was registered by the Renigunta Police Station, no further action has been taken by the 3rd respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is a victim and has paid an amount of Rs.7,20,000/- to some employees of the revenue department, based on their promise to assign house plots. 3. It is further submitted that in this regard the petitioner also made a representation to the 3rd respondent. However, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to take appropriate action as deemed fit and proper, 3 in the facts and circumstances of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
