In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 3. Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the 2nd respondent. 4. Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
