(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 05.05.2025, issued under the signatures of Divisional Forest Officer, Solan Forest Division, Solan, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with.

Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that respondents after having considered the case of the petitioners, have granted work-charge status in favour of the petitioners on notional basis in view of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in State of H.P. Vs. Surajmani and Another, decided on 06.02.2025, SLP Diary No.21292 of 2023.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, qua the surviving grievance, if required and desired.
