The petitioner, namely, Aaditya Deori @ Aditya Deori, son of Lt. Bikudar Deori, resident of Village-No. 2 Dikrong Chapori, P.S. Bihpuria, District-Lakhimpur, has filed this application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, on 17.03.2025, praying for his bail in Special (NDPS) Case No. 46/2024 arising out of Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 109/2024 registered under Sections 20(C)/29 of NDPS Act corresponding to G.R. No. 507/2024, wherein he was arrested on 16.07.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Borgohain, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
