Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge From the record, it appears that the petitioner has already instituted a Civil Writ Petition, bearing CWP No.1822 of 2025, against the office order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P-5), whereunder, he was temporarily attached at Forensics Headquarters, Junga. Petitioner’s grievance in this writ petition is to the notification dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-10), which transfers him to State FSL Junga. 2. Since CWP No.1822 of 2025 instituted by the petitioner against respondents’ disturbing him from Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Central Range, 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Mandi is already pending adjudication and the notification impugned in the instant writ petition is one in the series of notifications/orders passed by the respondents during the pendency of petitioner’s previous writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to move appropriate application in CWP No.1822 of 2025 for the redressal of petitioner’s grievances against the notification impugned herein.
