Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 20.2.2008 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Basti in Special Session Trial No. 269 of 2006, Case Crime No. 275 of 2006 under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Munderwa, District Basti. 3. As per office report dated 9.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti dated 23.9.2024, appellant Mehrunnishan W/O Mohd. Ibrahim has died. Along with report, statement of Pankaj Kumar Tyagi Sub Inspector, Samirullah and Safiullah son of the appellant and certificate issued by Gram Pradhan have also been annexed. 4. Accordingly, appeal stands abated. 5. However, the record of present appeal shall remain connected with the connected appeal No. 1228 of 2008. Order on Connected Criminal Appeal No. 1228 of 2008:- 1.
