Heard Sri Akula Venkata Sai Jagadeesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the Sub Collector, dated 16.11.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that, at present, there is no land acquisition proposals in respect of the subject land. Further, a civil suit is filed in O.S.No.254 of 2009, is pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed. 5. The written instructions of the Sub Collector, dated 16.11.2025 are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
