Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective parties are ad idem that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-13085-2024 titled as ‘Sujata Vs. State of Haryana and another’ and that the claim of the petitioner(s) be considered in light of the same. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to respondent(s)-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner(s) in accordance with law as well as in view of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by this Court in Sujata (supra).
