The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dstrict-Jhansi to hear and decide the Motor Accident Claim Petition No.275 of 2021 (Smt. Pinki and others Vs. Alok Kumar Yadav and others) pending before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, District- Jhansi, expeditiously within short span of time." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that a claim petition under the Motor Vehicles Act has been filed by the petitioners in the year 2021 and it is pending since then. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dstrict-Jhansi to decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Awadhesh Prasad Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
