The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 28.06.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 453 of 2021, arising out of Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 339 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII, Darbhanga. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and Patna High Court CR. MISC.
