This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an Injunction Order as status quo regarding possession over the property in question i.e. in Arazi No. 140, situated in Village-Bara Haweli Khalsa, Tehsil-Sirathu, District-Kaushambi in Original Suit No. 278/2025 till disposal of Injunction Application (6C), whereas only issue notice order passed on 11.08.2025, despite necessity produced by the plaintiff. Issue a direction to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kaushambi to decide the Injunction Application (Paper No. 6C) pending in Original Suit No. 278/2025 (Kamla Kant Mishra Vs. Neeta Devi and others) as earliest as possible, expeditiously in stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kaushambi to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
