Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought for a suitable direction to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) No. 2, Maharajganj, District Maharajganj for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No. 176 of 2021 (State vs. Suraj Chaurasia), arising out of Case Crime No. 161 of 2019, under Sections 395, 397, and 412 of the IPC, Police Station Brijmanganj, District Maharajganj, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR in the present case was registered in the year 2019 and the charge-sheet was filed in the year 2021. However, since then, no effective proceedings have been conducted by the Trial Court. It is pointed out that statement of any witnesses has not been recorded till date. In these circumstances, a direction may kindly be issued to the concerned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings within a fixed time frame. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A. has opposed the petition and submits that there are total five witnesses of fact. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and having gone through the record, no good ground has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the prayer. 6.
