This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 restore the demarcation of Arazi No.113 area 0.3690 hectare situated at Village and Post-Dhanauti, Tahsil-Bansdih, District Ballia in pursuance of order dated 09.07.2002 in Case No.14 of 2002 (Gulab and others Vs. Bharat and others), Under Section 29/41 of Land Revenue Act." 2. It is contended that demarcation order was carried out way back in the year 2002. Private respondents have removed the pillars which were affixed pursuant to demarcation order. 3. I have perused the material on record and find that petitioner has remedy of moving an application under Section 22/23 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance. 4. In case, said application is moved, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
