Mr. Arvind Vashistha, Senior Advocate, assisted by Dr. Neha Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. V.P. Bahuguna, Advocate for the respondents. It is the claim of the petitioner that he is working in the Bar Council of Uttarakhand, Nainital. He has submitted the medical expenses bill amount to Rs.43,427/-, but they are not being reimbursed. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. On the last occasion, the Court has required learned counsel for the respondents to get instructions. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Group IV employee. He has undergone medical procedure and placed medical amounting to Rs.43,427/- for medical reimbursement, but it has yet not been decided. Learned counsel for the Bar Council of Uttarakhand submits that the claim of the petitioner has once been rejected because there were various anomalies. He still gives a statement that the Bar Council of Uttarakhand still proposes to place the matter of the petitioner for medical reimbursement in the next Board meeting. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned counsel for the Bar Council of Uttarakhand. In view that above statement, nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
