By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful live- in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the instructions so received by learned standing counsel, which is taken on record, it transpired that both the petitioners are living separately alongwith their parents and as such no cause of action arises in favour of the petitioners for providing them police protection. 4.
