Vakalatnama filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 by Sri Sarvesh Kumar Pandey is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Avdhesh Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri S.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and Sri Sarvesh Kumar Pandey for the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that on 13.08.2025 parties have entered into compromise out of court, copy whereof is annexed as Annexure-8 at page 51 of the paper book, reference whereof has been made in para 17. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that direction be issued for verification and in the meantime interim protection be accorded. 4. Learned State Law Officer as well as counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, on the other hand, submits that once as per the applicants, compromise application has already been preferred then the direction be issued for verification of the same. 5. Considering the said submission, the application stands disposed of directing the applicants to appear before the court below on 26.09.2025 along with the self attested copy of the present application, certified copy of the order and original copy of the compromise application. On the receipt of the same, the court below shall make endeavour to put to notice the other party and thereafter verify the compromise application with most expedition. 6. Till the verification is done in the compromise application so submitted by the parties, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Avdhesh Narayan Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Nadi Gaon, District Jalaun, pending before the court of District and Session Judge, Jalaun at Orai. 7. The protection accorded to the applicants is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench.
