Issue a order or direction, direct the Respondent No. 2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Meja, District-District-Prayagraj Tehsil-Meja, District-District-Prayagraj to decide/expedite the Case No. 1305 of 2023 (Computerize Case No. T- 202302030801305) (Panchu Bind Vs. Shakru and others) in U/s-116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code-2006, within stipulated time fix by this Hon'ble Court, within stipulated time fix by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2 which is registered as Case No.1305 of 2023 (Computerize Case No. T- 202302030801305). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Meja, District-District- Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 1305 of 2023 (Computerize Case No. T- 202302030801305) filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
