Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2. Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in proposing to assign the cart track (bandidari) and gramkantam land in an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy. No.143 of Paningapalli Village, K. Gannavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, in order to allot subject land to the beneficiaries of the 2 government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, dated 25.01.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that an alternate private land was identified for issuance of house sites to the beneficiaries of the Scheme. It is further stated that there is no need of acquiring the subject land. 4. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
