The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court to accept the Application of the applicants in Misc. Case No. 1366 of 2013, under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. which has been filed to enhance the maintenance. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application.
